We’re new, so there are no graduate numbers to show you, and we won’t invent any. What we can show you is twenty-five years in the industry, salons nearby who can’t find good stylists, and how the course is built: no learner is left behind. Fall behind on an assessment and you resit it, one to one, until you pass.
Built to walk you into work.
Good stylists are hard to find, and salons around Kilkenny already say so. Every student leaves this course with eighteen months of real, hands-on client experience. We’re working toward formal accreditation, so the training counts on paper the way it already counts in the chair. The academy works with you on where you land next, whether that is here, with a salon we know, or wherever you want to take it.

We contact salons and help find you a placement. You may be able to stay and work in our own salon. Or you can go out on your own, and our longer-term aim is to help graduates open salons under the Academy’s name.
Two people in your corner on the money side.
When you go for a job, Aimee helps you work out what to ask for: what you’re worth, how to negotiate it, and what a fair arrangement looks like. She has been on both sides of that conversation for twenty-five years.
Inge looks after the business side. She also runs classes on managing a salon and keeping it profitable, for the day you rent your own chair or open your own place.

Plenty of graduates will want to stay local, and there’s work here. We know most of the salons in the area. If you want Dublin, London or further, the training travels with you.
